Today for our HSPT prayer time I encourage you to pray that the church would be willing to reach out to YOUNG men and women with the love of Jesus. Pray that the under 40 crowd would be open to hearing what Jesus does in the lives of those willing to follow Him.
We have at least two generations that are walking away from the church because the church doesn’t love like Jesus loved. It will take RadICaLLy DiFFereNT means to reach these young people than those of us in the over 40 crowd are accustomed to. BUT, just because we have never reached out in that way before does not mean it is wrong.
