It is also time (well, a day late) for our weekly Getting To Know You post. This is a time where I ask you a question, share my answer and then you share your answer. These posts help us get to know each other a bit better even though we may never meet this side of heaven. So, here is this week’s question:
What was your first car? Make, model, year, color.
My first car was a 1972 bright orange Volkswagon Super Beetle that my Daddy restored from the skeleton up and gave to me for my 16th birthday. It was a 4 speed with NO air conditioner. I drove my little “Herbie” bug until I graduated from pharmacy school and could buy a car on my own. I loved that little bug and wish I still had it.
