Hey ya’ll. I am so blessed to have some really amazing friends….some online, but many in real life. Today I want to celebrate with a few of them and share with you some of the amazing things they are doing.

First, I want to tell you about some dear IRL (in real life) friends that are doing some amazing work in the Southern Gospel music industry. The Graham Family (Alan, Sheryl, and Stuart) are long time (not saying ‘old friends’) friends of ours who are in music ministry. We had the opportunity to hear them a couple of weeks ago and WOW!! They blew me away.

The Graham Family: Singing Songs of Hope

They are based out of the Athens, Georgia area and are eager to minister in churches and at events for the glory of Jesus. If you are on Facebook, please click over to their Facebook page, listen to them and LIKE ’em. In fact, if you LIKE them a lot, invite them to sing at your church. You will not be disappointed.  They are working on an album as we speak and I can’t wait to hear it.

Next I want to tell you about my friend, Alene Snodgrass’s new ebook release entitled GRAFFITI: Scribbles from Different Sides of the Street.

Graffiti is about the amazing journey of how two people, author Alene Snodgrass and a homeless friend, thought they had nothing in common. As they stepped out of their comfort zones God revealed there was a common heart-story to be shared. This challenging message ensures that we each have so much in common no matter what side of the street we live on. Graffiti inspires you to become bold and courageous and step off your street and out of your comfort zone, where lives can be changed. Nobody likes being different, but it is in that difference that your heart’s graffiti is scribbled for the world to see.

This week, Alene is running a special on the ebook AND giving away FREE stuff. Who doesn’t like free stuff? Click over to her blog and find out more.

Finally, my sweet friend, Elaine Olsen, who recently published her second book entitled Beyond Cancer’s Scars is running a Christmas special on her books. Her first book, Peace for the Journey, led the reader on a journey toward peace and One Who is Peace. This second offering, Beyond Cancer’s Scars, is the result of the journey Elaine walked down the road of cancer. Oh but wait, it is so much more than a book about cancer. I just finished reading my first chapter and my heart was so blessed and challenged. Consider this one teeny quote that nearly slammed me to the floor:

“…whenever a heart is depleted and emptied out, there’s room enough for a fresh planting of God.”

Peace for the Journey and Beyond Cancer’s Scars

Oh yes, this book is for everyone…not just those who have walked the road of cancer. It is for E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E!! Go here to find out about the Christmas special Elaine is offering.
