I miss my Daddy a lot. This year was 5 years that he has been with Jesus. Thought I’d share one of the last pictures we had taken with him. He LOVED mowing grass and keeping his lawn looking beautiful. As we were pondering the setting for what I knew would be our last family portrait, it came to me that his tractor would be the perfect backdrop.
When this picture was taken, Daddy was suffering greatly from the cancer that would take him from us only 5 months later on October 29, 2004. He never complained and he fought valiantly. Now, he spends Christmas with Jesus!!
I love you, Daddy!!
