Those of you who have been reading my blog for a while know that Greg and I have had a spec house for sale for over 2 years. I blogged about the house here.
I am so thrilled to tell you that it has finally SOLD!!! The closing was yesterday and we are now back to owning only ONE home!! Yahoo!!
I told my husband that I have never been so glad to lose so much money in my entire life. Unfortunately, we did sustain heavy loss financially, however, the Lord had provided for us in such miraculous ways that we are not in danger of financial ruin because of the house. Thank you, Jesus!! Thank you, Jesus!!
There are many miracles surrounding this house. The very fact that it sold at all in such a desperate economy in the first miracle and we are deeply grateful to the Lord for bring buyers. We haven’t met the couple yet, but hope to soon. They have purchased the home for their retirement/second home and so they will not be living in it full time for a while.
The Lord has taught me many, many lessons and given me many reminders of His faithfulness throughout the building and selling the spec house. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord Jesus!! You are faithful, even when we are not!!
