Grace & Truth : A Weekly Christian Link Up

Every week, each of the Grace & Truth hostesses will choose a blog post that was linked the previous Friday to feature on their blog. The featured post will be one that t0uched the heart of the hostess in some way. While there were so many wonderful posts to choose from, I had to narrow it down to one. When I read this post from Ann-Margret on the A Look At The Book (ALATB) website, I knew this would be my featured post.

In this post, Ann-Margret shares her personal testimony of her walk with the Lord. While many people have dramatic stories of hugely changed lives after coming to Christ, Ann-Margret’s testimony is one that many people can identify with~~a testimony of consistent trust and faithfulness to Jesus. There is so much power in that! Often we think that unless we have a dramatic conversion story, our testimonies are of less value. NOT! Those who walk consistently with Christ throughout their lives are role models for us all.

Ann-Margret surrendered her life to Jesus Christ when she was seven years old. Though she had many bumps and dips along the road, she continues to enjoy the adventure of knowing and serving God. Ann-Margret is especially passionate about sharing His love through her writing and her involvement in women’s ministry. She is an award-winning freelance writer and the author/co-author of four devotional books for pre-teen girls. A naturally happy and creative introvert, Ann-Margret is a self-started, autodidact, mentor, craftista, sewist, voracious reader, indoor gardener and amateur chef. Though she has lived her whole life in Montreal, Canada, she believes she is really a country girl at heart!  Ann Margret writes for the website A Look At The Book (ALATB): A group of women taking a hard look at the Bible, and sharing what they find.
