When Life Happens

Y’all, life has definitely happened this week. Because of that, you may not receive any more posts from me until Monday. Really, life happens.

I was out of town in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee at a pharmacy continuing education seminar over the weekend. It was 8 hours both days. I was sick with some sort of upper respiratory illness on top of that, so needless to say, it was not a fun weekend. The bright spot was finding an awesome coffee shop right in the hotel lobby. Praise Jesus!!!

I worked at the pharmacy Monday and yesterday, putting in nearly 10 hour days. Not fun when you are not feeling well.

The rest of the week will be spent in Atlanta for business. So, there has been zero writing time and less than zero motivation. There will, however, be lots of downtime while I am in Atlanta so hopefully I will be back with you on Monday with a Revelation post. No guarantees, though. I’m learning to give myself grace. If writing happens, good. If not, it is not the end of the world.

Until then, I really, really want you to hop over and check out Arabah Joy’s new Bible Study Methods: 7 Ways in 7 Days resource. The study of Scripture CHANGED! MY! LIFE! If you are not currently entering into relationship-deepening with Jesus through Bible study you are missing so much. I want you to know what joy there is in walking intimately with Christ. I want that for you, my readers. CLICK HERE TO GO THERE.

This resource offers 7 different methods for studying Scripture. I am certain there will be at least one method that works for YOU.

OH, AND REMEMBER there is FREE STUFF for anyone who purchases this resource through my link. Go HERE  to learn about what you get.

  • Life does happen. I’m glad that you are releasing the pressure we can put on ourselves as bloggers. Blessings as you attend to the things you need to do.

    • Thanks, Ginger. Last year was one of those years when God made it clear that I would learn to rest. I could bend my knee to it or He would break my legs…it was my choice. A little of both happened but as I have learned to embrace rest, I have been so blessed.
