Money Coach

Is stress and worry over money causing you anxiety and a lack of peace?

How would your life look different if you had a strategy for paying off debt, saving for your future, and living in peace and freedom?

If you are engaged, how often have you talked about finances, budgeting, and debt with your fiancée?

What if you were able to set boundaries for yourself and your family that gave you room to breathe?

As a Money Coach and Spiritual Development Mentor, my passion is to walk with women as they move from where they are in  their finances and faith to a place of peace, freedom, contentment, and victory. A place where the stress of debt and too little money is a distant past memory. In private, confidential coaching sessions, I listen to the heart of my clients and use the art of asking powerful, thought-provoking questions to help them move from frustration to freedom and from confusion to clarity.

Pathway to Freedom Financial Coaching Package

(4-6 month term)

This package is for anyone who desires to find freedom and peace in their finances. Leah takes you on a journey of learning how to: budget using your preferred budgeting tool, pay off debt, and develop a plan for saving money for emergencies and your future. Other concepts on which you will work include: identifying your core values, goal-setting for your money, how your history with money informs the way you think about and use money today, and developing a financial legacy.

You will meet with Leah via Zoom (in-person optional for local clients) twice a month for 45-50 minute sessions, plus a monthly 15 minute check-in phone call with Leah for the term of the coaching. This package allows you access to Leah for questions and accountability via phone, text, or email during the coaching term.

Before You Say I Do Money Coaching Package

(2 month term)

This coaching package is for engaged couples OR newly married (less than 2 years) couples. Individually and independently, the couple completes an extensive money history prior to a 2 hour coaching session with Leah during the engagement period (for engaged couples). You leave that session with assignments on which to work until the wedding. After the wedding, the couple begins a 2 month coaching term where you meet with Leah twice a month for 45 minutes each session. Leah takes you through the benefits of combining accounts, budgeting using your preferred budgeting tool, addressing existing debt and developing ways to prevent further use of debt, developing saving goals for the future and for large purchases, and much more.

This package allows you access to Leah for questions and accountability via phone, text, or email during the coaching term. You may transition to a Pathway to Freedom Coaching Package at the end of this ‘Before You Say I Do Package’, if desired.

Employee Financial Wellness Coaching Package

(for Employers Only)

This package is targeted toward helping employers address their employees’ personal money stress that leads to lost productivity at work and costs employers approximately $500 billion annually. The goal of this coaching package is to help employees better utilize the money they make. In three, 1-hour workshops offered either on-site or via Zoom, Leah teaches employees the importance of budgeting to gain control of their money, practical tools to becoming debt- free, and crucial saving techniques that help alleviate stress from money-related emergencies at home.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be cancelled up to 4 hours prior to the session without incurring a ‘used session’ penalty. Sessions cancelled within 4 hours of session time will be considered to be a used session and session fee will not be refunded or applied to a future session.

What others are saying about
Leah’s Coaching and Mentoring services

When we began coaching with Leah, we were in the middle of a nightmare with our money. Our lives were full of stress, shame, and fear because of the overwhelming debt we carried in spite of the fact that we made good money. From the start, Leah gave us hope that things could be better, even when we had no hope ourselves.

While working with Leah we learned how to budget and hold every dollar we made accountable so that we knew where our money was going. This was life-changing for us. Leah also helped us identify the destructive mindsets that we had around money and break the generational trends that got us in debt. She asked us hard, but important, questions that made us really think about our money choices.

After 6 months of working with Leah, we are almost completely debt free and have a whole new mindset about money. We have hope and peace and breathing room each month in our budget because we no longer live paycheck to paycheck. Because of that, we can bless other people generously. Coaching with Leah has been a blessing to our finances, family, and legacy.

Before Leah, I was totally clueless about money. I took out thousands of dollars of loans for school because that’s just what you do. Unfortunately I didn’t meet Leah before I made that decision…but now that I have, I have cut up my credit cards and I now truly know the value of money and can choose what’s worth spending and what’s not. I’m also on track to pay off my loans in far less time than “my whole life”, which is what I was bogged down to.

On an emotional level, Leah has been one of my biggest cheerleaders. Her support and wisdom have helped me to become a better person. Long after working with her, I still receive encouragement from her and I still get to reap her wisdom.

Because of issues with insurance, I was just paying monthly payments on all my credit cards which took most of my monthly income. I was charging living expenses on my cards. It was a vicious cycle and I realized I needed help. The pressure and stress of debt overload was consuming my life…in fact, I had lost hope and joy. I had resorted to just putting out the fire that burned the brightest.

Coaching with Leah has encouraged me to have a plan, make a budget, and concentrate on paying off credit card debt. I have paid off and cancelled 13 credit cards and soon I will be down to only one debt when I pay off the 14th card.

When Leah and I first started our coaching sessions, I had no idea how impactful our meetings would become. Through our sessions, she was able to aptly walk me through several challenges in my life and in my ministry. Our time together was helpful, meaningful, and eye-opening. Talking over dreams, goals, plans, and issues with Leah has been invaluable.

Professional, thoughtful, wise, and encouraging—Leah Adams is the whole package! Truly, I can wholeheartedly recommend her as a life coach.

3 years ago, after 17 years in full-time ministry, our life turned upside down and we weren’t financially prepared for such a great shake up.

God…..brought Leah Adams into my path. This past fall, she met with me and encouraged me to “stay the course” as I make new decisions specific to my ministry. She sees the big picture and reminds me that each step is vital on the journey to financial freedom. I love Leah’s heart for people; she desires God’s best for them-even when that means saying “no” to things in the short run.

Talking with Leah is like having coffee with a close friend I’ve known for years and years. It’s comfortable!  She’s so easy to talk to, her questions are thought-provoking, and her praying for me meant so much. I love the progress I’ve made and I owe that to Leah.
